Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the freight forwarding team with daily operational tasks.
- Prepare, process, and manage shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices).
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to coordinate shipments and provide updates.
- Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving potential issues.
- Input data accurately into our logistics management systems.
- Support the sales and customer service teams by answering inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant customs regulations and company compliance policies.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities.
