Job Description

Join Broadcom Inc. as a WFH Life Coaching Assistant, providing essential administrative support to our internal life coaching program. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual coaching sessions, managing calendars for multiple life coaches.
  • Prepare and organize materials for coaching sessions, including presentations and intake forms.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication with coachees and coaches.
  • Maintain confidential client records and data with utmost discretion and accuracy.
  • Assist with tracking coaching program metrics and generating basic reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the life coaching department as needed.
  • Research and compile information relevant to coaching topics and best practices.
  • Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for coaching program inquiries.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
