Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Billboard Posting Crew in Greenway, ACT. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are keen to learn new skills. No prior experience in billboard posting is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of advertising materials on various outdoor structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently post, remove, and maintain advertising materials on billboards and other outdoor media structures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily posting routes and assignments.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures, including working at heights.
- Inspect structures for damage or maintenance needs and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Represent oOh!media professionally while in the field.
- Travel to various job sites within the Tuggeranong district and surrounding areas as required.
- Assist with inventory management of posting materials.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and safely outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to learning and adhering to safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools or general maintenance work (though not required, a plus).
- First Aid certification.
