Job Description
Join our team as a Part-time Gatekeeper for a construction site in Katherine. This vital role ensures the security and smooth operation of our site by controlling access, monitoring visitors, and maintaining a safe environment. You will be the first point of contact, requiring vigilance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to site safety protocols. This is a part-time day work position, ideal for someone looking for consistent hours in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor all access points to the construction site.
- Verify credentials of personnel and log visitor information accurately.
- Direct deliveries and ensure appropriate access for vehicles.
- Maintain a secure and tidy gate area.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches immediately.
- Enforce site safety rules and procedures at the entry point.
- Assist with general site inquiries and provide basic directions.
