Job Description
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and highly presentable Lobby Greeter to join our team for casual day shifts. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience at The Sebel Shepparton. You will embody our commitment to 5-star service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, offering assistance, and ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and visitors upon their arrival and departure from the hotel lobby.
- Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for guest inquiries and directions.
- Offer proactive assistance with luggage, parking, or wayfinding as needed.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and ambiance of the hotel lobby.
- Anticipate guest needs and connect them with appropriate hotel services or staff members.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle minor guest requests or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with traffic flow and maintaining order in the lobby area during busy periods.
