Job Description
Join the Kmart team in Kippax as a Casual Retail Stockist! This entry-level role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work hours, a dynamic team environment, and excellent staff discounts. As a Retail Stockist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock deliveries efficiently.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas according to store standards and planograms.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and clearly visible to customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe stockroom and sales floor at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift and move stock comfortably (up to 15kg).
