Job Description

Join Atlassian as a WFH Customer Success Specialist, focusing on afternoon shifts to support our growing customer base. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home in South Australia. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our products, providing expert guidance, proactive support, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals and ensure successful adoption and utilization of Atlassian products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, identify potential risks, and ensure customer retention.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer requirements and feedback.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success resources and playbooks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
  • A genuine passion for technology and helping customers succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a significant plus.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
