Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Online Feedback Processor. This is a 100% remote, part-time opportunity perfectly suited for students or anyone looking for flexible work that can be done from home. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Your primary role will involve reviewing and processing online feedback, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to valuable market research insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process online survey responses and feedback data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data according to guidelines.
- Categorize and tag feedback for analysis.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues in data.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding task progress and challenges.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
