Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Site Marshall to join our team on a part-time day roster in Werribee. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our construction site by managing access, monitoring site activity, and upholding all safety protocols. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control site access for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular safety checks and identify potential hazards on site.
- Monitor site activity to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the induction of new visitors and contractors to the site.
- Maintain accurate records of site visitors, deliveries, and daily activities.
- Respond to and report any incidents or emergencies promptly.
- Provide clear directions and information to all site personnel and visitors.
- Ensure all site equipment is used safely and correctly.
