Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee but have no prior experience? No problem! Starbucks in Rockingham is looking for enthusiastic Barista Trainees to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where we will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know about crafting perfect beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and thriving in a bustling coffee shop environment. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all provided barista training modules and practical sessions diligently.
- Learn to prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverage orders according to Starbucks standards.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, fast, and excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with patrons.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, coffee bar, and seating areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with stocking inventory, replenishing supplies, and upholding store presentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

- Previous experience in a customer service role (not mandatory but a plus).
