Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Recycling Project Intern to join our team in Karratha. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in environmental education and community engagement related to recycling initiatives. You will support our ongoing projects, help develop educational materials, and assist in outreach programs aimed at increasing recycling rates and fostering environmental literacy across the community. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals eager to start their career in environmental management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of environmental education workshops and presentations for schools and community groups.
- Support the planning and execution of local recycling drives and awareness campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging educational materials, including brochures, social media content, and activity guides.
- Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recycling programs and initiatives.
- Engage with community members to provide information and answer questions about recycling best practices.
- Conduct research on current recycling trends and innovative waste reduction strategies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project coordination and reporting.
