Job Description
Join our dynamic events team as a Casual Event Usher in Alice Springs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for flexible weekend work with a competitive hourly rate. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our venues, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at various events. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are reliable and possess a positive attitude. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for those new to the events industry or looking to supplement their income.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests to their seats or event areas with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Scan tickets, verify credentials, and manage guest flow efficiently.
- Provide information about event schedules, facilities, and services.
- Monitor assigned areas for safety and security, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure venue rules and policies are adhered to by guests.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly environment before, during, and after events.
Required Skills
