Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our IT & Operations team in Newcastle. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment. You will support senior analysts and project managers in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the successful implementation of technology solutions for our diverse client base. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, helping to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the development of process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to facilitate solution delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to project planning and tracking activities.
- Learn and apply various business analysis methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
