Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to create impactful content and manage social media strategies from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, fostering online communities, and driving brand awareness for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trending content, a strong understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling digital narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for various clients.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, blog layout).
- Define the most important social media KPIs and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with content creation tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding multitasking and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite Analytics).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior agency experience.
