Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support our network of real estate professionals. This 100% remote position offers flexible daytime hours, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative and marketing tasks, directly contributing to the success of agents and brokers within the Zillow ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize agent calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research and compile data for property analyses.
  • Maintain client databases and manage CRM systems.
  • Assist with transaction coordination by preparing documents and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to real estate agents and their clients.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a real estate administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with social media management and content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple listing services (MLS) and real estate transaction software.
