Job Description
We are urgently seeking reliable and hardworking Demolition Hands to join our casual day shift teams in Sale, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for immediate work, offering flexible shifts on a project-by-project basis. As a Demolition Hand, you will be crucial to the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects, working under the guidance of experienced site supervisors. Full training and safety briefings will be provided on-site. If you are physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to significant projects, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe and systematic demolition of structures and removal of materials.
- Operate various hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment on site.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Support skilled operatives and supervisors with general labouring tasks.
- Participate in site inductions and daily safety briefings.
- Manual handling of debris and waste materials.

- Physical fitness and stamina for demanding manual labour.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in a construction or manual labour environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK driving license and own transport.
