Job Description

We are seeking a highly polished and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Mercedes-Benz of West Palm Beach. This role is critical as you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, setting the tone for their luxury experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a sophisticated demeanor, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Corporate attire is required, reflecting the premium nature of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously, managing a multi-line phone system.
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service departments, ensuring accurate booking and confirmation.
  • Manage showroom traffic flow, directing clients to appropriate sales or service advisors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and client lounge.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Assist with special events and client functions.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve minor issues with grace and professionalism.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, comfortable in corporate attire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the automotive or luxury retail industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred).
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
