Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our luxury car dealership in Lake Charles, LA. As the ‘Front of House’, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors and callers. This role requires impeccable presentation, a warm demeanor, and a commitment to providing five-star service consistent with our high-end brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times
- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general information about the dealership and services offered
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance in corporate attire daily
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive environment
