Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Warehouse Workers for night shifts in Henderson, NV. This is a full-time position with comprehensive training provided, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to start a career in logistics with no prior experience. You will be an essential part of our operations, helping to ensure packages are sorted, loaded, and moved efficiently and safely through our facility. Key Responsibilities
- Sort and scan packages according to destination and shipping requirements.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently from trailers and conveyor belts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn and adhere to them.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a physical labor role (e.g., construction, landscaping) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics concepts.
