Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Return Logistics Staff member to join our team in Fremantle. This role is specifically designed to suit stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the workforce or seeking flexible employment. You will be responsible for processing incoming returns, ensuring accurate inventory updates, and coordinating with our logistics partners. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals without prior experience in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise.
  • Accurately record return data into our inventory management system.
  • Organize and prepare items for restocking, repair, or disposal.
  • Communicate with customers or internal teams regarding return statuses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized returns area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to returns and safety.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or administrative role (even volunteer).
  • Familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 10kg.
