Job Description

Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in customer service? NatWest is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Desk Assistants to join our team in Chester. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with no prior experience in banking or customer service. We believe in nurturing talent, and as such, full comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role. You will be the friendly face of NatWest, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service area.
  • Assist customers with basic banking inquiries and transactions (after training).
  • Provide information on NatWest products and services.
  • Help customers with digital banking services and self-service options.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional customer service desk area.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.
