Job Description

PJ’s Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Coffee Shop Team Member. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates with no prior experience. We believe in investing in our team members and will provide comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success!
As a Coffee Shop Team Member, you will be the face of PJ’s Coffee, delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages. We offer flexible shifts to accommodate various schedules, making this an ideal role for students, those seeking part-time work, or individuals looking for a supportive entry point into the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to PJ's Coffee standards and recipes.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the lobby, service area, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Educate customers about our menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and maintain a positive atmosphere.
