Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Canning Vale. This full-time, warehouse-based position operates on afternoon shifts, playing a crucial role in the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to freight, inventory, and shipments, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency and customer service, providing vital support to our warehouse and transport teams. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into our logistics management system.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding data-related queries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the warehouse office.
- Ensure compliance with company data entry procedures and policies.
