Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced fence installers with all aspects of fence construction and repair.
- Prepare work sites, including clearing vegetation and digging post holes.
- Handle and transport materials such as timber posts, rails, wire, and tools.
- Measure, cut, and assemble fencing components under supervision.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations.
- Learn and apply best practices for various fencing types (timber, steel, rural wire).
- Provide general labour support as required to ensure project completion.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
