Job Description
Are you eager to start a career in hospitality but have no prior experience? Cicerello’s Seafood Restaurant in Fremantle is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our waitstaff team. We believe in potential, not just experience, which is why we’re offering a comprehensive full-service training program to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly demeanor
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Process payments using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
Required Skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player mentality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- A genuine interest in food and customer service
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not necessarily hospitality) is a plus but not required
