Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Unanderra Distribution Centre as an Entry Level Scan Pack Operator. This is an immediate start, full-time opportunity perfect for those looking to begin a career in logistics with no prior experience. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. You will be responsible for accurately scanning, packing, and preparing products for dispatch in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and pack products according to picking lists and quality standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 15kg (with assistance if heavier).
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and communication.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transport to our Unanderra site.
- Any previous exposure to a warehouse or manufacturing environment (even informal).
