Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as a Beverage Bottling Hand. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role critical to ensuring our high-quality beverages are prepared for distribution. You will be an essential part of our bottling and packaging operations, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided to ensure your success. We offer weekly pay and a supportive work environment where teamwork is valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Inspect bottles, cans, and packaging for quality control and defects.
- Load and unload materials from conveyors and pallets.
- Label, sort, and package finished products efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Forklift certification (training can be provided for motivated candidates).
