You will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of security screens and related security products. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the preparation, installation, and maintenance of security screens and related components.
- Learn to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare work areas, including basic site clean-up and material organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Help with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs under guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organised company vehicle and work environment.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn a new trade and develop practical skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, capable of lifting and carrying tools/materials.
- Basic understanding of safety practices or willingness to learn.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Valid UK driving licence (or willingness to obtain one soon).
Preferred Qualifications
