Job Description

Stratco is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Fencing Assistants to join our teams working on rural and residential projects around the Port Adelaide area. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced fencing contractors with the installation of various types of rural and residential fencing.
- Perform manual tasks including digging post holes, mixing concrete, carrying materials, and preparing sites.
- Help with the measurement, cutting, and assembly of fencing components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Learn and apply best practices for fencing installation and site management.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Australian C-class driver's license (manual preferred).
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Previous experience in outdoor work, landscaping, or manual labour.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
