Key Responsibilities
- Performing various tasks related to meat processing, including trimming, boning, cutting, and packing meat products.
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after receiving full training.
- Adhering to strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Following all company policies and procedures, especially regarding workplace health and safety.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in meat processing is necessary – comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions.
- Any previous experience in a manual labor, factory, or food handling environment.
