Job Description
Are you passionate about people and looking to kickstart a rewarding career in hospitality? The Coffee Club in Gosford is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cafe All-Rounder. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn! This role offers comprehensive on-the-job customer service training, giving you all the skills you need to succeed in a fast-paced and friendly cafe environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately with a friendly approach.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies (full training provided).
- Assist with food preparation, including light cooking, sandwich making, and plating.
- Handle cash and card transactions using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organised cafe environment, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided!
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.

- Basic understanding of food safety principles (will be covered in training).
