Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Afternoon Concierge to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours in a professional and upscale environment. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience. No prior concierge experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors, providing information and directions.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Handle package deliveries and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with amenity bookings and reservation management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas.
  • Monitor security systems and report any unusual activity.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the property management team.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously.
