Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled technicians, ensuring efficient and effective air conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs during the busy summer season. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units.
- Carrying tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Preparing work areas, including setting up ladders and safety equipment.
- Cleaning up job sites after work completion, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
- Performing general labourer duties as directed by lead technicians.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Providing excellent support to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a general labourer role (any industry).
- Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
