Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at our regional pub and hotel in Dandenong. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has a can-do attitude, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service across various operational areas. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay, whether they are enjoying a meal, a drink, or lodging with us. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel and pub patrons.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately in the bistro and bar areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations at the front desk.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all operational zones.
- Support with laundry services for hotel linens.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
