Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and passionate Artist Liaison to join our dynamic team, focusing on our exciting festivals and events in and around Mandurah. This onsite role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for artists performing at our various events. You will be the primary point of contact for artists and their management, handling all logistical and support requirements from pre-event planning through to on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all artist hospitality and logistical requirements for festivals and events, including travel, accommodation, and local transport.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and their management, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, operations) to ensure artist riders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee artist check-in, credentialing, and on-site support during events.
- Problem-solve and react quickly to unexpected artist needs or changes, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain detailed records of artist information, communications, and expenditures.
- Foster positive relationships with artists, agents, and management, representing Live Nation Australia with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced, often high-stress environments, maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Full Australian driver's license and access to reliable transport is essential.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, especially during event periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Arts Administration, Music Business, or a related field.
- Experience with artist management software or event management platforms.
- Knowledge of music industry practices, protocols, and artist rider requirements.
- Previous experience working specifically in a festival or large-scale live event environment.
