Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Learn to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to Starbucks' high-quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including workstations and customer areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and general store operations as needed.
- Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning new skills and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Reliability and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
