Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and eager to learn? The Coffee Club Rockhampton is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Barista Trainees. No prior experience is necessary – we believe in investing in our people and will provide comprehensive training to turn you into a skilled barista. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in hospitality, learning the art of coffee making, customer service, and café operations in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all barista training modules and workshops.
- Learn to operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
- Master the art of coffee preparation, from espresso shots to latte art.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
- Assist with general café duties as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
