Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Beverage Dispenser Line Flusher – Pub Maintenance. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of all beverage dispensing lines, including beer, soda, and other tap systems, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and product quality. This is a crucial role for maintaining the integrity and taste of our beverages and ensuring our equipment operates flawlessly. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who values cleanliness, attention to detail, and enjoys a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all beverage dispensing lines (beer, soda, wine taps, etc.).
- Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble tap components and associated equipment.
- Monitor beverage quality and identify any issues related to line cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage areas for cleaning solutions and tools.
- Assist with basic pub maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or general cleaning.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or significant maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene principles (training will be provided for specific tasks).

- Familiarity with basic cleaning solutions and maintenance tools.
