Job Description
Are you passionate about bikes but lack professional repair experience? 99 Bikes Redcliffe is looking for an enthusiastic Bicycle Repair Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in cycling mechanics to start a rewarding career. No prior experience is required – we provide full, on-the-job training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a proficient bicycle technician. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and learn various aspects of bicycle repair and maintenance.
- Assist experienced technicians with basic bike assembly, adjustments, and safety checks.
- Learn to identify common bicycle issues and perform routine services.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Support the retail team by assisting customers with basic inquiries when required.
- Develop a foundational understanding of different bicycle components and their functions.
