Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Boutique Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team at The Montrose Collective Hotel. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality, meticulous operational skills, and a commitment to delivering superior guest satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring financial performance, upholding our brand standards, and cultivating a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort are consistently met.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and enforce all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and drive occupancy.
  • Prepare regular reports on hotel performance, financial outcomes, and operational metrics for senior management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
