Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), mobility, and medication reminders.
- Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to supervisory staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
