Job Description
Join our compassionate team as a Care Assistant in Bristol! We are looking for empathetic and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. No prior experience in care is necessary as we offer full, comprehensive training, leading to your Care Certificate. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, respecting their privacy and dignity.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Help residents with their daily activities, promoting independence and engagement.
- Assist with meal times, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a friendly and stimulating atmosphere.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to the senior care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
