Job Description

Stanley Steemer in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Tech. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a skilled trade, as we provide all the training you’ll need. No prior experience is required – we’ll teach you everything! You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, and a supportive team environment to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Stanley Steemer's state-of-the-art cleaning equipment for carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and air duct cleaning services.
- Drive and maintain a company-provided cleaning vehicle to various residential and commercial job sites.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining services, answering questions, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Safely move furniture and prepare work areas for cleaning, following company protocols.
- Accurately complete job paperwork, collect payments, and manage daily service routes.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and our clients.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or additional service opportunities at job sites.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs regularly) and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with operating machinery.
