Job Description

Compassion Collective Australia is seeking enthusiastic Charity Street Fundraisers to join our vibrant team in Geelong! This is an exceptional opportunity for driven individuals who thrive in a public-facing role and are motivated by high commissions. You will be the face of our charity, engaging with the public on the streets of Geelong, sharing our inspiring stories, and encouraging support for our critical campaigns. No prior fundraising experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. If you’re confident, persuasive, and ready to earn well while doing good, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members of the public in high-footfall areas across Geelong in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, vision, and impact of Compassion Collective Australia.
- Inspire individuals to become regular donors, securing vital monthly contributions.
- Represent the charity with integrity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Work towards daily and weekly fundraising targets, driven by a generous commission structure.
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations as required.
