Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Clinic Assistant to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role involves managing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, and providing outstanding administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring their experience is positive from arrival to departure. You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the clinic, working closely with our chiropractors and other team members to uphold our high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and re-bookings efficiently using clinic software.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle insurance claims documentation.
- Maintain organized and confidential patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with patient intake procedures, including form completion and initial setup for treatments.
- Manage clinic tidiness, ensuring reception and common areas are clean and welcoming.
- Coordinate patient flow within the clinic to minimize wait times and optimize chiropractor schedules.
- Educate patients on clinic services and promote wellness programs.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations.

- First Aid and CPR certification.
