Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Client Care Officer to join our team in the healthcare sector. This is an ongoing, stable role vital to ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling, and providing information. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding Bupa's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, and general administrative support.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in our systems.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints efficiently and with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
  • Process routine administrative tasks and data entry with precision.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional office environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate approach when dealing with clients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare administrative processes.
  • A relevant Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Healthcare.
