Job Description

The NEC Group is looking for energetic and reliable Concert Merchandise Sellers to join our event team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible evening and weekend work, with full training provided. You will be responsible for selling artist merchandise, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for concert-goers. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sell artist merchandise (t-shirts, CDs, posters, etc.) to concert attendees.
- Process cash and card transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain an organised and presentable sales area.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about merchandise and events.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down merchandise stands.
- Reconcile sales and inventory at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and operate POS systems (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
