Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Condominium Concierge / Front Desk attendant for night shifts at a prestigious residential development in Morden, London. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a quiet, structured environment and possesses a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and security. As the primary point of contact during the night, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the serene atmosphere and operational excellence of the building. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and building access points to ensure resident safety and security.
- Receive and distribute parcels and mail to residents.
- Handle resident inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, visitors, and deliveries.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks as required.
- Conduct regular patrols of communal areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Respond to emergency situations according to established protocols.
