Job Description
Join the KFC Australia team as a Counter Server and become the face of our fast-paced, friendly restaurant environment. This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and who thrive in a dynamic setting. You’ll be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, preparing beverages, and ensuring our dining area remains clean and inviting. We’re looking for team players who are reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in fast food is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process cash and card payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Prepare simple food items and beverages (e.g., drinks, desserts).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Stock and restock service areas with supplies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during busy periods.
