Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Courier Runners to join our dynamic team in Melbourne’s Central Business District (CBD). This role involves ensuring the timely and efficient delivery and collection of parcels and documents within designated CBD zones. Ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, navigating city environments, and providing excellent customer service. No prior courier experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals eager to start their career in logistics. You will be an integral part of our daily operations, contributing to our commitment to swift and dependable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely pick-ups and deliveries of packages and documents within assigned CBD routes.
- Navigate city streets efficiently, potentially using public transport or company-provided equipment (e.g., bicycle/electric scooter, or on foot).
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring positive customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status or potential delays.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
- Represent StarTrack with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages (up to 15 kg).
